Actually, they used the narrator from Dragonball. Piccolo's voice is the same as in the Frieza Saga. You are right about Gohan's voice, though.

You'd think Kai would be on CN but toonami's no more, and it'd screw up Kai.Plus CN doesn't show cool shows anymore(chowder's kinda cool I guess).It was awesome back then, every friday watching a bunch of characters beat the living hell out of each other.Kai's just an excuse to make it look better and air it again.I guess no blood isn't a big deal, but most kids watching Kai are already cussing and playing M rated games.If a kid can't see blood,then they probably shouldn't be watching violence in the 1st place.
