The monument was closed and for most places we wanted to see required an appointment like 6 months in advance.
It also rained and parking was the biggest bitch ever.
Today we were supposed to see a museum, but with Irene coming we canceled the plan and ran home.
Everything we planned went completely wrong. It started with the earthquake and ended with Irene.
Next year we're going back with none of this shitmess of a trip we had this week.

Yeah, that does suck. I'd never go to a museum, but you should be cautious today.

The only handicap is that uploading large (500 KB) files is impossible, and downloading is relatively (but not painfully) slow.

I have no power, no Internet, very little food, 3 tornados in my area, a lot of work to do, and almost no light to use for work. Not to mention I'm so bored I slept for most of the time.
